Returns & Exchanges

Eligible merchandise may be returned free of charge. At this time, Everywear Kids offers return labels only for return addresses inside the United States. Please click to process your return and request a return label. 

Orders from outside the U.S. will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise and are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error. Upon receipt of returned goods, Everywear Kids reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy requirements.

  • Full-price merchandise is eligible for FREE returns and can be returned for a full refund within 40 days of the order date.  
  • Sale merchandise is not eligible for FREE returns and can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the order date at customer's expense. 
  • Items returned past the time frames outlined above may be returned in exchange for a Everywear Kids Gift Card only. The amount of the Gift Card will be the current selling price of the items returned.
  • Final-sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
  • Sample-sale merchandise is not acceptable for return. All sales are final.
  • Worn, altered or washed merchandise is not acceptable for return. All items being returned must be in the original condition, and all tags must be attached.

Our ultimate goal is satisfying our customers. We hope the 40 days gives you enough time to return your item but we know that sometimes returns take longer than planned. We are happy to work with you. 
 
GIFT RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Merchandise received as a gift that was purchased on everywearkids.com may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment. You may also exchange merchandise for an Everywear Kids Gift Card.

At this time we currently don't offer exchanges. We happily ask that you place a new order for your desired items in correct sizing so that they don't sell out. Then upon receiving your return we will issue you a full refund.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Everywear Kids will provide a prepaid USPS shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the U.S. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact marybeth@everywearkids.com
 

EVERYWEAR KIDS GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
 

RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH AN EVERYWEAR KIDS GIFT CARD

Our standard return policy applies to any merchandise purchased with an Everywear Kids Gift Card. We will re-apply the returned amount back onto the original Gift Card.
If you used a credit card in addition to an Everywear Kids Gift Card to pay for your order, we will credit your card the amount originally charged and place the remaining balance onto the Gift Card used when making your original purchase. In either case, you will receive your refund within two weeks of processing your return.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All international returns will be done at the customers expense. We ask for all international customers to insure the items being returned with your mail provider of choice.
